AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Brands – Our preference and experience is
primarily with the entire Hilton Family of Brands and full service
Holiday Inns. We have and do work with other brands and also independent
hotels.
Site Selection – We have partnered with
Franchisor’s and owners to help get potential building sites
and existing hotel purchases. We have provided feasibility studies
for buying and selling purposes. The performance of the hotels under
our management attests to our skill and experience.
Construction and Renovations – We have long
term relationships with architects, contractors, designers and FF
& E providers. The senior staff has been involved in numerous
projects over the years, from cosmetic renovations through PIP’s
to ground-up construction. We have opened hotels and restaurants,
both freestanding and more recently, as a part of the hotel.
Operations – The Director of Operations
has several District Directors. Property visits are tailored to
the property needs and the skill level of the property management.
Each hotel is viewed individually and it gets personalized attention.
Our staff has many years of experience in operating full service
hotels with large meeting facilities, and understands how to maximize
operating efficiencies while maintaining high service and QA marks.
Accounting – Our accounting staff will produce
complete financial statements by the 15th of each month. They can
do a complete statement with a balance sheet, or just down to the
house profit line. All payables and payrolls are checked and paid
by the office accountants, adding another level of safety and security
to ensure that the owner’s funds are completely safe and accounted
for. Internal controls are in place that check and verify the safe
handling of all hotel assets. The hotel manager has software programs
that provide them with a daily flash financial every morning in
order to track their progress each month against the previous year.
